ARTLENS CASA HOUSE RULES • Local guests must contact the host before booking. • Maximum occupancy is 10 overnight guests. • No parties or large gatherings. • No more than six daytime visitors without prior written approval from the host. • Keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. • No smoking. • No food or drinks in the bedrooms. • Do not park on the grass. • Return furniture and household items to their original locations. • Please place the trash bins at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday when your stay includes a collection day. Set the carts facing the roadway and away from parked cars. • When using the fire pit, keep the water hose ready and fully extinguish the fire after use. • Report damage or breakage to the host as soon as possible. CHECKOUT Checkout is by 10:00 a.m. Contact the host in advance to request a late checkout. An unauthorized checkout 30 minutes or more after the scheduled time may result in a $50 fee. An unauthorized checkout more than two hours late may result in a charge equal to the undiscounted nightly rate. Additional costs caused by an unauthorized late departure may also be charged to the guest.
